I know what it feels like to pour your heart into your business—to build something from scratch, nurture it like a child, and wonder if stepping away means losing everything you’ve worked so hard for.
Â
I’ve been there. And I’m here to tell you: not only is it possible to step away, but it can be the most empowering decision you’ll ever make.

my story
Â
In 2019, I opened my first brick-and-mortar business—a small studio brimming with potential. Just six months later, COVID hit, and we were forced to shut our doors for nearly half the year.Â
I had two choices: close my doors and walk away, or fight for what I’d built. Walking away wasn’t an option for me—it’s just not how I operate.
So instead, I doubled down.
I stayed connected to our community online, delivered products to clients’ homes, and invested in business development courses to keep us afloat.

In 2024, I sold my first location.
Â
This allowed the new owner to quantum leap into her next chapter - which was the most rewarding part of selling.
By 2025, life pivoted again. I started homeschooling my son and having a flexible work schedule was my number one priority.Â
For the third time, I needed to choose which path to take. I made the decision to sell my second location, which gave my team more opportunities with the new owner than I could have ever provided allowing THREE women to quantum leap into their next chapter this time!
Through building & selling TWO brick & mortar businesses, I learned the key to freedom isn’t doing more—it’s building a business that thrives without you, giving more women opportunities to thrive.
